We are seeking an Associate Hydrologist to join our fast-growing water team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in shaping and delivering high-profile water projects, while mentoring junior staff and helping drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver hydrology and water resource projects for a diverse client base.
Undertake hydrologic and hydraulic assessments, modelling, and data analysis.
Support flood risk, water quality, and catchment management studies.
Provide technical input into environmental approvals and strategy.
Mentor and develop junior team members, building internal capability.
Contribute to business development through proposals, bids, and client engagement.
What You Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or a related discipline.
At least 9–12 years’ experience in hydrology and water resource management.
Strong technical skills in hydrologic/hydraulic modelling and GIS tools.
Proven project management and client relationship-building skills.
Experience preparing high-quality technical reports and proposals.
A passion for mentoring staff and contributing to the growth of the team.
