• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data and information management within financial services, with hands-on expertise in data quality, lineage, and critical data element (CDE) identification• Proficient in data governance tools (preferably Collibra), SQL, and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau• Strong understanding of financial management disciplines in large, complex organisations• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, translate abstract requirements, and prioritize effectively• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills, with a proactive and independent work approach
