Working within Business Critical Services will enable you to develop in-depth knowledge of all the three main areas within the department, Procurement, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Management. Analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support Procurement operations, Vendor assessments, and governance and oversight within TPRM, while developing strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

What to Expect
We are looking for talented candidates to join our Business Critical Services Analyst Programme.
Business Critical Services is a support function in MUFG within the Finance division playing an active role in enabling utilisation of Third Party services through their Procurement, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Management teams. Principal functions and responsibilities:
- Procurement: - Undertake a full review of the Oracle Master Data module to utilise available fields to increase efficiency in calculation of scope 3 emissions
- Undertake a review of the management information of travel carbon data..
- Vendor Management: Support the assessments of InterAffiliate Arrangements (IAAs) and its associated data to carry out investigations and analysis to determine the current state of IAAs and any gaps that exist.
- Identify IAA stakeholders including Service Managers and IAA sponsors to validate the accuracy of the IAA data set.
- Where IAAs do not exist on ServiceNow, identify the correct stakeholders and communicate processes to ensure the IAAs are robust and follow the IAA Process.
- Third Party Risk Management – support the development of exit plans and strategies for our material vendor relationships across UK and EU working with Resilience teams and business sponsors to define playbooks for planned and stressed exits
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable team to review existing processes and suggest process improvements thereby driving efficiency.
