Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to lead and grow UK business partnering and financial management. As part of the UK leadership team, the primary goal is to perform accurate and timely financial analysis to help the UK leadership team make informed decisions and provide accurate and timely financial packs and forecasts. This role would suit an energetic Finance Business Partner who wants to push their boundaries by joining a fast-growing business.

Flexible, Hybrid Working:
What you will be doing:
- Own and lead the preparation of the annual UK Budget and periodic financial forecast modelling. Prepare the financial trajectory of the 3YP.
- Own the preparation and delivery of the monthly Business Review pack, partnering with the AUKUS FP&A team. Improve the automation level of the pack by using Group tools such as SmartView and Power BI.
- Business partner with UK MD and the leadership team to help them track their performance against the Budget, forecasts and actuals and provide clarity over the drivers of change.
- Identify growth drivers and efficiency improvement opportunities, provide analysis on product/ client/ segment profitability and share recommendations to the CFO and the UK MD.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to develop and maintain the UK KPIs related to key commercial and operating data.
- Partner with UK MD and Retail Director to assess and implement strategies to maximise retail and transactional revenue contribution in the UK.
- Provide support to AUKUS CFO and UK MF on ad-hoc projects and analyses, including M&A activity and other growth plans.
- Strong control of UK costs (direct or recharged) by monitoring purchase orders and FTEs and having a deep review of monthly closure (including accrual assumptions) with the accounting team.
- Assist with updating the balance sheet, cash flow forecast, DSO/DPO.
- Management of a small team of analysts.
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Strong FP&A experience with excellent financial modelling skills
- Advanced user of Excel, SmartView and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Good commercial awareness, communication skills and the ability to convey financial information to audiences of all levels including senior leadership
- Experience of working with very large amounts of complex data
- An aptitude for continual improvement with proven experience in creating from scratch and/ or rebuilding new reporting and complex data modelling
- Experience with SalesForce, Sun System, NetSuite, Oracle, Tableau, FP&A planning tools or other similar financial systems
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA and their equivalents)
