Education / Certifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Required Knowledge:
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Experience Required:
- None
Skills / Abilities:
- Able to follow standard operation procedures (GMP’s, SOP’s and Batch Records).
- Able to follow directions and communicate information (written and verbal).
- Able to use basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide); operate a calculator.
- Able to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
- Works and partners with others in a positive team environment.

Finger and Hand Dexterity:
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms above/below shoulder.

- Be able to communicate effectively and accurately with your team and supervisor to ensure manufacturing safety and SOP’s are being followed.
- Average Hearing: Can hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Repetitive Motions:
- Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, elbows, and/or fingers.
Average Visual Abilities:
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Physical Strength:
- The employee is required to regularly stoop, kneel, crouch, and stand, walk for long periods.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Will be required to climb ladders and use balance.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment while wearing appropriate PPE including but not limited to laboratory coats, lab glasses, gloves, pants, hair and beard nets, and close-toed shoes at all times.
- Works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
