Securitas is looking to hire Security Shift Supervisor Officer to work in our Bordentown, NJ location.

$20.00 an hour
$500 sign on Bonus after 45 days.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.
- Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
- Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
- Customer Service or Security Experience accepted!
- Logistics styles positions involving truck gate operations: ID check, license plate and serial number review.
- Comfortable doing Mobile and foot patrol.
- Must be comfortable with working in an outdoor environment.
