We have an immediate opening at our Parsippany, NJ warehouse to hire an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator! The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator ensures that products are shipped accurately and timely as per customer requirements. This role controls pertinent shipping activities through portals and 3PL websites. They will also coordinate related activities with Planning, Production, QC, QA, and Customer Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates the entire inbound and outbound shipping process. This includes but is not limited to Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions, maintaining all pertinent paperwork and handling of traffic coordination.
- Schedules shipments using assigned 3PL portals, also will input Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) and other related tasks
- Track inventory using WMS, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and SAP and related shop floor systems and scanners
- Runs shipping report and research / expedites accordingly. Includes significant interaction with other departments when needed.
- Support in assisting in creating or improving SOP processes as identified.
- When needed, attend supply chain meetings pertinent to on-time shipping and order issues if the Logistics Manager and Logistics Supervisor are unavailable.
- May act as Logistics Supervisor in the Supervisors absence
- Other duties in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of logistics experience
- DOT / IATA / IMDG certifications or willing to get certified
- Must be detail and task oriented and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be a proven leader and have the ability to lead, train, and work closely with employees

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $28.00 to $35.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
