We Inspire People to Be More Alive

About Paws Up Montana:

Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, is more than a workplace—it’s a chance to be part of something extraordinary.

Our most successful employees are those who are reliable, confident, and guest-focused. They bring a positive attitude, a calm presence, and a commitment to safety. A love of the outdoors and an adventurous spirit are crucial. The desire to work as a team and go above and beyond is what makes our Resort so special.

Position:

Join the Team Behind the Most Iconic Wilderness Experience in Montana

At Paws Up Montana, the Glamping Driver role is more than a job—it’s the welcome and the connection that ties our entire resort together. This role is for safe, outgoing, and responsible individuals who thrive on creating memorable moments while ensuring the smooth and secure transportation of our guests.

You’ll operate brand-new resort shuttles to move guests around property—from glamping camps to dining locations, or from the Wilderness Outpost to signature Chuck Wagon dinners. You’ll be the first impression many guests have as they leave camp each morning, and the last connection they remember when they return from dinner.

What We Offer:

  • Career Development and Advancement Opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program (5 free counseling sessions)
  • Referral Bonus Program (Get paid $250 to recruit)
  • Carpool Reimbursement ($5-$20/Day)
  • Employee Discounts on Merchandise (30% on select items in our retail store)
  • Employee lunch provided

  • Collaborate with Camp Managers, Butlers, and Transportation staff to ensure smooth flow of guests and services.
  • Step in to assist with other operational needs when requested.

Shape

A Quick Reality Check

This role is not for you if you dislike guest interaction, struggle with reliability, or see driving as “just getting from point A to point B.”

But if you take pride in safe driving, enjoy creating connections, and want to be part of an uplifting team in one of the most beautiful places in Montana—we’d love to meet you.
