Job Responsibilities: 

  • Internally accepts repair and maintenance work orders from team leads, supervisors, and management. 
  • Acts as a dispatch who follows up and oversees repair, and maintenance projects from inception through completion. By coordinating technicians nationwide to various job sites for routine maintenance, priority, and emergency services. 
  • Assist Procurement Manager and the team in managing all facets of the Auto-Dispatch program
  • Complete vendor compliance tasks
  • Follow up on vendor inquiries and resolve issues/ disputes
  • Sources vendors nationwide using in-house database or internet search engines to fulfill work order needs. 
  • Maintains continuous contact directly with the client(s) to provide any requested/required updates in real-time. 
  • Position obtains assessment, pricing, and quotes as needed for client-requested repairs, and obtains internal approvals to move work order forward. 
  • Assist in managing the vendor portal to assist vendors with their information, invoices, or general questions
  • Work with the Project Management teams on reactive vendor search by monitoring specific statuses in FEXA

Education/Experience:

Three years’ experience in Customer Service or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in a work management system, proficiency in MS office skills and the willingness to expand their knowledge. Training will be provided but previous knowledge and experience in the following is helpful: 

  • Office365, Microsoft, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint,  
  • Work order management systems and Telecommunications hardware/software 
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
