As a key member of our executive leadership team, the SVP of Sales will shape sales strategy, hold leaders and teams accountable for results, and ensure flawless execution in the field. What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Accountability
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales leadership team and outside sales force to exceed revenue and unit targets.
Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and incentive programs.
Hold leaders accountable, proactively address underperformance, and drive a culture of ownership and results.
Maintain a consistent presence in the field to stay connected to customer needs and team performance.
Strategic Growth Execution
Translate company goals ito actionable sales strategies and tactical plans.
Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and territory optimization.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure alignment.
Oversee compensation and incentive structures that reward top performance.
Territory & Team Optimization
Assess, realign, and structure sales territories to maximize opportunities.
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while building strong bench strength.
Implement scalable sales processes and structures to support sustained growth.
Customer & Market Insight
Leverage market analytics, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to refine strategy.
Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product and service offerings.
Reporting & Forecasting
Own forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Provide timely and accurate updates to the executive leadership team on performance, risks, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record of leading and growing high-performing outside sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate plans into measurable results.
Experience developing and coaching a high-performance sales team.
Proficient in strategy development, refinement, and execution.
Experience working in a network of independent business owners.
Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and unafraid to address performance issues directly.
Demonstrated experience implementing territory realignment and scaling sales operations.
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and influence across functions.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales, complex deals, and customer-facing environments.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Ability to travel 35 - 50% of the time.
