Real Time Payment (RTP) Analyst at Security Service Federal Credit Union

Supports the implementation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of Zelle and Real-Time Payments (RTP) services within the Payment Services department. Provides operational support for Zelle workflows, including transaction monitoring, fraud detection, dispute handling, and settlement reconciliation. Assists in the development and execution of test plans to validate system behavior, transaction limits, and member access controls. Monitors, tracks, and reports on Zelle-related metrics including transaction volumes, fraud trends, dispute activity, and member complaints. Prepares and distributes operational and compliance reports for internal teams, management, and external network operators. Supports the documentation and maintenance of procedures related to Zelle access, fraud response, and dispute resolution in accordance with Regulation E and Zelle Network Participation Rules. Assists in the configuration and testing of system limits, alerts, and access restrictions. Validates member messaging and disclosure delivery across digital channels. Participates in fraud investigations and supports internal reviews by analyzing transaction behavior and coordinating with external partners. Helps maintain compliance with required reporting timelines and supports the completion of attestations and audit requests. Develops and maintains operational documentation, including workflows, exception handling procedures, and reconciliation processes. Provides analytical and research support for Zelle-related projects and enhancements.
