Position Summary:
Maintain cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor public areas, building entries, and parking lots. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform outdoor deep cleaning tasks including power washing of outdoor areas, sweeping and
trash pickup.
3. Perform indoor deep cleaning including high dusting, extracting carpets, and burnishing/waxing the terrazzo.
4. Operate tools and heavy equipment as trained.
5. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas as instructed.
6. Clean biohazard spills and clean up contaminated areas. Pick up and remove trash and broken glass.
7. Clean walls, surfaces, walking paths, sidewalks, and vents as required using PPE as trained.
8. Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment.
9. Empty trash receptacles in assigned areas.
10. Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemical and electrical equipment used with the
department.
11. Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area.
12. Other job-related duties as assigned by management.
