We’re looking for a People & Culture Executive to support and strengthen our HR operations. In this role, you’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and training to engagement, retention, and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll play a key role in building a positive employee experience, managing development platforms, and supporting initiatives that drive growth and morale. Responsibility:
- People Development:
- Onboarding the newcomer and conduct the orientation
- Identify training needs and employee growth programs
- Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and fostering employee engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and developing future leaders within the organization
- Managing training platform (eg. AWS skilbuilder, Udemy, Linkedin Learning & Acloud guru)
- People Operation Administration:
- Supporting employee transfer as well as their necessity
- Ensuring all the HR data is syncing within our system
- Supporting HRIS/process automation.
- Provide data that need for audit matter and any other duties that keep Xtremax running smoothly.
- Retention:
- Supporting initiatives that enhance employee experience and satisfaction
- Executing retention programs (eg, Sharing session; Culinary day etc)
- Working closely with managers to address retention risks and improve team dynamics
- Monitoring employee feedback and helping implement meaningful follow-up actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology or Human Resource Management preferred)
- Mut be fluent in both spoken and written in English
- 1–3 years of experience in People Development and HR Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email
- Strong interpersonal skills, Organized, self-motivated, and a good problem-solver
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bandung
