Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W. Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Systems Analyst Senior Advisor will define and manage the scope of business systems projects.

How You Will Make an Impact: 

  • Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system.
  • Create and perform feature testing and determine environmental needs
  • Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversee all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
  • Detail design components with high level architecture blueprints.
  • Coordinate integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of systems.
  • Define development strategy, standards, and support tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in related occupation(s).
  • Eight (8) years of experience must include:
  • Eight (8) years of experience creating functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Six (6) years of experience defining system strategy and developing system requirements.
  • Seven (7) years of experience with database technologies (Oracle, Mongo) and object-oriented concepts.
  • Five (5) years of experience creating system and user acceptance testing strategies.
  • Five (5) years of experience testing APIs using tools including SoapUI and PostMan.
  • Five (5) years of experience creating SOA API and implementing service specifications using Swagger (Ignite tool).
  • Five (5) years of experience creating detail design documents.
  • Five (5) years of experience identifying and resolving functional issues and providing the solution approach.
  • Five (5) years of experience migrating data from one system to another using data transformation tools (Microsoft SSIS, Informatica ETL).
