Your will help keep our parcel sorting and delivery machinery in peak condition, ensuring smooth and safe operation for our employees and customers. About the roleMechanical fitters and Electricians to work on our processing machines ensuring corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance.24 hour rotating shift pattern (Sunday – Friday) with penalties and overtime on offer State of the art Melbourne Parcel Facility located in Sunshine Diagnosing, and repairing complex faults, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of our operations.Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance transactions using SAP, contributing to efficient planning.Prioritising safety in all your work, ensuring the well-being of our team and the integrity of our operations. We’re looking for Electrical: minimum Certificate III in Electrical with A grade licence orMechanical: minimum Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or related trade with a restricted licence (disconnect-reconnect), or willing to obtain Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and monitoring high-speed automation or processing equipment and systems.Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP.Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Why Join Us?Work-life balance, rostered days off, and paid meal breaks.Earn shift penalties on top of your base salary, penalties are 15% for day and afternoon shifts, 30% for night shifts, and 100% for Sundays with yearly earning potential exceeding $100,000 + 12% superRobust training program that includes on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and one-on-one mentoring.
