About the Role
To undertake very basic laboratory tasks whilst undertaking further training in quality control operations, including:
- Conduct limited sampling and testing
- Use simple laboratory equipment(hydrometers, thermometers) to make measurements and perform basic tests that take a short time and involve a narrow range of variables and easily recognised control limits
- Complete the internal training requirements for the position.
- Obtain Certificate II in Sampling and Measurement.
This role involves using basic knowledge and skills to complete simple tasks with clear instructions. It includes passing on messages and taking small responsibility for your own work and learning.
