Job Description:The Student and Academic Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality customer service and administrative support within the College/Campus across a broad range of academic and administrative functions. The Student and Academic Services Officer is the first contact point at the campus for students and staff and plays a crucial role in welcoming and supporting them. This role supports both SIBT and Western Sydney University Sydney City Campus students.
Please note this is a full time 12 month fixed-term contract position based at our Sydney City campus near Hyde Park.
Qualifications:Essential:
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to fostering positive relationships
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and student information systems
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
- Degree or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of policies affecting international students
