Planner or Scheduler at O'Brien

Based in Green Fields, in this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers.

You will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.

About the role:

• Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team.
• Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes.

About you:

• Minimum of 3 years glass/trades scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to liaise and coordinate with customers and trades professionals.
• Professional and clear communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to adapt to  changing work priorities
• Simpro or scheduling system experience preferred
