We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketer to own and grow our Surgical Valve Repair Portfolio and spearhead the launch of the Next-Generation Cryoablation platform. This is not a typical marketing role, you’ll be the therapy champion, the go-to expert, and the strategic voice for these critical solutions. You’ll shape the strategy, set the vision, and work with talented cross-functional partners and cardiac surgeons around the world to bring breakthrough therapies to patients.

Core Marketing & Product Management- Surgical Valve Repair:
Drive complex projects with precision, applying strong project management to deliver on time and with impact.
Craft compelling product positioning and annual marketing plans through thoughtful strategic planning that moves markets forward, maximize profitability of the portfolio and drive share gains.
Develop high-impact technical and marketing resources that empower the global sales force, while communicating effectively to share high-value insights.
Partner with global regions to collaborate on commercial and strategic plans, ensuring local execution accelerates global success.
Map and understand the customer buying journey to uncover barriers, create tailored solutions, and strengthen adoption at every decision point.
Analyze clinical literature, competitive intelligence, and market signals to solve problems and translate insights into clear, actionable guidance.
Monitor emerging technologies and competitive offerings to anticipate challenges and set the pace in the marketplace.
Align with supply chain and operations to manage accurate demand forecasts, demonstrating strong business and financial acumen.

Product Launch – Next Generation Cryoablation
Lead the commercial launch team, orchestrating all aspects of the global launch strategy for this breakthrough cryoablation technology.
Serve as the downstream marketing leader on the R&D Product Development Core Team, ensuring the voice of the customer and market insights shape development and execution.
Develop and execute a bold, data-driven launch strategy, grounded in market research, analytics, and customer insights that delivers against ambitious launch objectives.
Define and refine product positioning, segmentation, targeting, pricing, and business model to maximize market penetration and long-term adoption.
Design an integrated communications and promotions plan that ensures consistent, high-impact messaging across geographies, customers, and channels.
Partner cross-functionally (Clinical, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Training & Education, Sales Enablement, Medical Education, Sales) and play the conductor to align all launch teams around a single, coordinated execution plan.
Collaborate with the Training & Education and Sales Enablement teams to ensure field readiness through impactful training, tools, and resources that build confidence and accelerate adoption.
Monitor and proactively address competitive responses, continuously adapting strategies to stay ahead and grow share.
Drive geography expansion strategies, scaling launch success globally while tailoring execution to local market dynamics.
Exhibit executive leadership as the face of the launch to senior leaders, demonstrating excellence in project planning, communication, executive presence, and results achievement.
Other Marketing Responsibilities:
Create meaningful impact at the customer level by initiating and participating in visits; whether onsite or in the clinical setting, delivering tailored conversations that achieve clear objectives and build lasting trust.
Be the recognized voice of expertise within the Cardiac Surgical Therapies marketing organization, championing Surgical Valve Repair and Next Generation Cryoablation at conventions, customer engagement forums, and major global conferences.
Cultivate trusted partnerships with world-leading KOLs and rising clinical voices, shaping the future of cardiac surgery through collaboration and shared vision.
Turn insights into action by actively seeking feedback from customers and the field, identifying unmet needs, and transforming opportunities into bold marketing programs and forward-looking product strategies.

Must Have: What It takes
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or technical roles (minimum 2 years with an advanced degree).
Proven expertise in product management and/or project management, with a track record of driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
Medical device marketing experience, ideally within cardiac surgery or a highly technical clinical environment.
Proven product launch success, from strategy through execution, with measurable business impact.
