Position Summary

We are seeking a digitally savvy and strategic Director of Corporate Marketing to elevate Ambiq's global brand presence and accelerate market impact across both traditional B2B channels and modern consumer-facing platforms. This person will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Ambiq's reputation across the enterprise, investor, analyst, manufacturer, and technology ecosystem. 


The Director will drive brand storytelling through innovative campaigns, compelling content, and modern digital engagement — spanning social media, YouTube, podcasts, industry forums, and beyond. They will lead with creativity and data-driven discipline, ensuring Ambiq's messaging resonates across both traditional B2B channels and emerging consumer platforms.

Success in this role requires a bold marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, combining thought leadership with hands-on innovation. This person will inspire engagement, build community trust, and position Ambiq as a global leader in technology and innovation.

  

Key Responsibilities

  

Corporate Brand & Messaging

• Strengthen and promote Ambiq's global brand identity and corporate messaging across all platforms and audiences.

• Ensure consistency and clarity of voice across B2B, investor, and public-facing narratives to maintain a unified brand identity.

• Translate technical innovation into accessible, compelling stories across owned and earned channels.

Social & Digital Media Leadership

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance Ambiq's presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Threads, and emerging platforms.

• Drive growth and engagement through multimedia content, including explainer videos, investor education clips, leadership interviews, and thought leadership series.

• Establish clear KPIs for brand and campaign performance; analyze results to optimize strategies and report measurable impact to executive leadership.

Retail Investor Engagement

• Create campaigns and social media content tailored to the retail investment community (e.g., Reddit/WallStreetBets, r/stocks, FinTwit).

• Partner with IR and Legal to ensure compliance across public-facing retail marketing materials.

• Monitor sentiment and respond strategically to online conversations about Ambiq.

Executive Communications & Thought Leadership

• Collaborate with Ambiq's leadership team to amplify their voice through speaking engagements, authored content, podcasts, and media interviews.

• Build media-ready narratives that enhance credibility with B2B and investment audiences.

PR, Analyst & Community Relations

• Oversee PR strategy and manage agency relationships.

• Build relationships with industry analysts, tech media, and investment journalists to drive coverage.

• Launch community-building initiatives that connect Ambiq with innovators and investors.

Team & Campaign Management

• Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that amplify Ambiq's corporate story, product innovations, and strategic milestones.

• Drive the creation of compelling, multimedia content (blogs, videos, podcasts, whitepapers, social content) that positions Ambiq as an industry thought leader.

• Launch high-impact brand campaigns around product launches, partnerships, milestones, or ESG initiatives.

• Track KPIs such as social engagement, brand sentiment, share of voice, campaign ROI, and investor audience reach.

• Partner with product marketing, communications, sales, and executive teams to align corporate marketing with overall business priorities.

• Lead a growing team of brand, communications, and content marketers.


Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in corporate brand or communications leadership roles.

• Proven success in developing cross-platform content strategies and marketing campaigns for social media, podcasts, video, and web.

• Strong understanding of how to engage both technical B2B stakeholders and retail investor audiences.

• Experience in semiconductors, deep tech, or complex hardware industries preferred.

• Deep familiarity with platforms like Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and podcast production tools.

• Confident storyteller and content strategist with excellent writing and visual communication skills.

• Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, scale-up environment.
