Aristocrat is looking for a driven Workday Senior Developer to propel our ambitious projects. Join our engineering team to apply your expertise in creating seamless integration solutions for our cloud-based Workday products. What You'll Do:
Lead the development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners using Workday tools.
Apply your solid knowledge of Workday Studio and PECI for seamless integration development.
Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath.
Lead data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes, including Workday iLoads.
Collaborate with collaborators to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
Build technical design specifications, perform unit and system integration tests, and support the deployment of all Workday integrations.
Coordinate Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors to ensure flawless operation.
Play a pivotal role in solving functional, architectural, and technical issues in projects involving multiple systems.
Understand customer requirements and determine the best system integration approaches based on their landscape and desired outcomes.
Work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Workday integration.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners.
Advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory, with the ability to guide others in functional design processes.
Experience with middleware such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically teams with varied strengths.
