Job Summary: 

We’re seeking a Call Center Manager to lead our outbound lead-setting team. Your reps will be contacting leads from our marketing funnel — not random cold calls — with the goal of setting high-quality appointments for our sales team. If you’ve built and managed outbound sales or lead-generation teams, this is the chance to step into a leadership role with big growth potential. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound lead setters working qualified funnels.
  • Develop scripts, strategies, and performance standards that maximize appointment conversions.
  • Ensure leads are properly qualified and handed off to the sales team.
  • Track KPIs and improve team efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Foster a high-energy, accountable, winning culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in outbound lead setting or appointment-setting call centers.
  • Experience managing high-volume teams in sales-driven industries.
  • Hands-on leader who thrives on coaching, motivating, and holding teams accountable.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • This is an in-office position — candidates must be able to work onsite daily.
