A day in the life: 

Step into the thrilling role of Philanthropy Program Director and unleash your potential! You'll team up with the head of Philanthropy to create and lead electrifying corporate giving programs and donor engagement opportunities that rev up financial support. Forge powerful strategic partnerships, rally sponsorships, and turbocharge relationships with our corporate investors to amplify corporate giving. Get ready to make an impact with Monster Energy's signature excitement and energy!

The impact you'll make:

  • Work closely with the top management of the organization and manage all projects to support Philanthropy outreach.
  • Organize and execute a calendar of events to support our troops and charities around the world. Utilize our internal talent to visit and give gratitude to our Military and First Responders. Manage all Military requests for talent and support.
  • Support the head of Philanthropy at local Philanthropic events and travel to support when required.
  • Present the organization’s goals and projects to potential donors. Overseeing the development of donor materials, publications and outreach efforts. Inspire donors, volunteers and staff to achieve fundraising goals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management or relevant field
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, developing effective strategies to raise funds
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft’s office - Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred Certifications: Project Management Certificate preferred
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Ability to be flexible and handle a demanding schedule.
  • Manage, balance a large number of projects at one time.

 

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $160,000.  The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
