Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Designer with 10–15 years of expertise in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3D modeling, layout planning, and detailing of incinerator packages, including piping, structural supports, and ancillary systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge, collaboration with global teams, and a strong commitment to quality and timely deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex project specifications and requirements, focusing on layout and 3D modeling of incinerator packages and related systems.
Design and detail complete incinerator systems including equipment layouts, piping, structural supports, and pipe racks.
Prepare and review high-quality engineering drawings such as general arrangements, fabrication details, foundation plans, piping isometrics, and sectional profiles.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API) and maintain dimensional tolerances.
Proficiently use CADWorx or equivalent 2D/3D CAD software to create and review detailed designs and models.
Collaborate closely with lead engineers and global teams to ensure alignment with technical requirements and project deliverables.
Lead model and design review meetings with internal teams and external clients; resolve design issues and incorporate feedback.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary designers and engineers to uphold quality standards and meet project deadlines.
Guide and mentor junior designers while supporting multiple concurrent projects.
Manage documentation, design changes, and drawing control in line with project and company standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by engineering leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field / I.T.I.
10–15 years of relevant design and detailing experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sector.
Strong expertise in incinerator systems or similar packaged equipment is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in CADWorx (2D/3D) or equivalent design software.
Strong knowledge of piping layouts, stress considerations, and fabrication practices.
Familiarity with global engineering standards and client specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
