Role Summary
The AI Solutions Engineer will prototype, test, and deliver internal AI applications that improve efficiency across GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, BizOps). The role combines applied AI/ML knowledge, software engineering skills, and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to deliver practical, business-impacting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Application Development
Build internal applications using LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
Integrate AI into GTM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Sheets, etc.
Develop scripts and automations for data enrichment, copy assistance, and reporting.
Prototyping & Experimentation
Rapidly test new AI models and APIs, validate feasibility, and create MVPs.
Evaluate and document performance, accuracy, and usability for GTM use cases.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams to capture pain points and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Provide demos, documentation, and training to internal users.
Operational Support
Maintain and optimize deployed tools.
Ensure compliance, data privacy, and reliability in AI-driven workflows.
What Success Looks Like
You’ve delivered 2–3 working AI prototypes that GTM teams actively use.
You’ve automated or optimized at least 2 GTM workflows, saving time and improving accuracy.
You’ve documented solutions in a way that makes them scalable and transferable.
