WORK PERIOD: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (12 months). Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
Job Objective: The Custodial Coordinator performs responsible administrative and supervisory duties under limited supervision to ensure effective custodial operations during the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position oversees a team of full-time custodial staff across multiple campuses, ensuring efficient operations and consistent service delivery during evening hours. Regular travel between campuses and rotating hours are required to provide oversight and support across all shifts. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that custodial services meet established standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. The role requires the use of discretion and independent judgment to address complex issues, with the freedom to determine solutions based on established policies, procedures, and precedents. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors by coordinating resources, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.
Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Degree preferred
Credentials & Licenses:
Acceptable driving record as appropriate
Experience: Three years training and experience in custodial and/or maintenance related work. Experience supervising employees preferred.
