The combined strength enables us to accelerate our long-term EA SPORTS ambition to be a leading Sports Entertainment Brand by promoting a New Culture of Play and redefining the future of sports fandom and participationWHAT YOU WILL DO: ROLE DESCRIPTION As the Franchise Marketing Manager, you will work within the Franchise Marketing team to help translate business needs developing consumer-facing solutions, designed to help reach, engage and activate our players. You will be a central figure in the American Football team working on the Franchise Marketing team, partnering closely with the Franchise Strategy team on business and audience requirements.You will help the team lead go-to-market strategy and narrative establishment, ensuring goals and OKRs are translated into a clear vision across our channel’s activation plans. You will be a close collaborator partnering with the broader cross-functional team of Partnerships, Community, Growth Planning, Creative and Athlete Marketing in Activation planning and campaign management. You will also partner closely with Insights & Performance teams to help shepherd insights and reporting. You will be responsible for aiding in the guidance and strategic development of marketing campaigns, programs and creative efforts spanning annual plans, bespoke programs and creative planning to help achieve Franchise goals helping to develop or collaborate on objective-setting, briefing, KPI discussions and insight development/reporting. You will assist the broader Franchise Marketing team in placing strategic bets weighing real-time marketing insights and campaign performance further honing campaign activation. Specifically your roles and responsibilities will include:Collaborate with Franchise Strategy & Marketing in synthesizing audience & business insights to inform go-to-market plans Aid in the development & management of cross-functional team briefs and briefingsPartner with Creative, Production and teams to ensure title goals and campaign objectives are being harmonized in asset development and deployment Support leading cross-functional teams in the development of campaign plans and program development Actively program management across both Madden and College Football simultaneouslyCollaborate with Insights and Performance teams to ensure KPIs and OKRs are being achievedWHAT YOU BRING: EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 4+ years within the strategic marketing function at a brand or agency 2+ years experience working within creative marketing development, activation or campaign planning Sports, gaming or entertainment industry preferredDemonstrated experience in commercial data, audience insights and campaign performance insights to help inform strategic solutions Demonstrated brief writing skills with the ability to communicate complex strategies clearlyAbility to collaborate, manage & influence peers, cross-functional teams and leadershipProject Management skills leading teams towards rigorous deadlines and schedules Experience planning within an integrated marketing environmentEqually adept of developing a presentation as well as a managing a spreadsheet Passion for American Football and EA SPORTS products
