Great opportunity available for a Cashier at Norris Honda in Dundalk, MD. We are searching for a friendly, detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for accepting and processing payments for service and parts customers. This role will play a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction. Also responsible for CDK administration and warranty maintenance. This is a full time benefits eligible opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Greet dealership guests, both internally and externally using the dealership approved greetings
- Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
- Accurately enter credit card information into dealership system
- Utilize basic computer skills, using Word, CDK, Email...
- Assist service department by making phone calls to customers
- Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
- Assist in warranty maintenance
- Maintain accurate cash drawer
- Exercise an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professional communications in dealing with customers and team members
- All other duties as assigned
