Position Overview: Qualified candidates will feed material into machinery, assemble mats, scan, stock, and/or store items, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor fabric machines and embossing equipment. 
- Ensure proper alignment, pressure, and patterns are applied to materials. 
- Load, unload, and inspect rolls of fabric for defects or inconsistencies. 
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting. 
- Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. 
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors. 
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. 
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machine operation, textiles, or embossing preferred. 
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment. 
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. 
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment. 
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Shift Hours: 1st shift is Monday through Friday 6 AM-2 PM, overtime, when scheduled, is required.
