Description
- Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques including ability to leverage visualization, data analysis and data mining tools.
- Develops and implements data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/data systems.
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filters and cleans data by reviewing the data and leverages performance indicators to locate and analyze anomalies.
- Works with management to recommend and prioritize business and information needs as well as locate and define new process improvement opportunities based on data analyses.
- Bachelor's degree required
- US Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain & maintain a US government security clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years of data analytics
- Proven experience working independently
- Understanding of federal T&A regulations, policies, and pay rules (ex. leave accrual, premium pay, holidays, AWS/ telework rules, overtime)
- Experience with Tableau, Python, R, ACL, PowerBI, MATLAB
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
