The pay range for the Team Manager role is $47,840.00 - $79,040.00+ yearly + commission opportunities + performance-based bonus
The role will be based onsite at 5813 Main St Ste 2, Williamsville, NY, 14221.
What You Will Do:
InsureOne is seeking a results-driven and dynamic leader to oversee our team. This role is responsible for supervising daily team performance, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include resolving escalated customer issues, building strong client relationships, maintaining operational excellence, and executing business plans to achieve production and active customer goals. *Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license to qualify for this position.
- Supervise the daily performance and productivity of the team to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards
- Drive business growth and customer retention by proactively building strong client relationships and educating customers on insurance products that best meet their needs
- Coach and mentor team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve operational goals, monitoring team performance to ensure success across all assigned customer portfolios
- Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Lead the execution of all Branch Operational Excellence (BOE) standards to maintain high levels of quality, compliance, and performance
Key Attributes:
- An active Property & Casualty license is required for consideration
- High school or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
- 3+ years of experience in staff management or team leadership
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes:
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
