Our client is a leading provider of structural substation work for data centers, working with a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon, and titanium. They handle both thin and thick gauge structural steel, delivering high-quality solutions to critical infrastructure needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications for fabricating high-tolerance parts
Operate welding and metal forming equipment safely and accurately
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity targets
Verify and report work output per production schedules and requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow Quality Management System (QMS) standards
Must-Have:
Experience in Fluxcore MIG welding
Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test (3G preferred)
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)
Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail
