Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage talent and human resources activities, including recruitment campaigns, hiring, onboarding, training/education, employee relations, benefit administration, and career development.
- Administer and assist with the development of division level policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with company objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
- Manage hiring process, including developing job descriptions, managing applicants, coordinating interviews, pre-employment screenings, employment agreements, and job offers.
- Manage administration of employee benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, COBRA, and FMLA
- Administer employee evaluations and compensation increase procedures.
- Oversee preparation of year-end non-discrimination testing, 5500 completion, annual 401(k) audit, and profit sharing & match calculation and verification
- Maintain employee records.
- Monitor employee performance and compliance with procedures/policies, assist with disciplinary action as needed.
- Manage employee relations including communication of changes within the organization, addressing inquiries, facilitating a positive work environment/culture, organize corporate events.
- Monitor changes in regulations and make recommendations to management regarding compliance and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or related field, two to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
- Working knowledge of HR & payroll laws and regulations.
- Broad based tactical HR experience in areas such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and recruitment. Experience with strategic management and training and development a plus.
