Industry Marketing Manager – Food & Commodities / Life Science
Omron Automation Americas is looking for an experienced industry marketing manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, leading, and ensuring implementation of the
overall marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability for our solutions and services. You will work
closely with product management, sales, and marketing communication teams to ensure alignment of
marketing initiatives with business objectives for the food & commodities and life science industries.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and profitability in the targeted
industries. - Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. email, social
media, webinars, and events). - Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop product positioning and
messaging that resonates with target customers. - Develop and maintain industry-specific marketing collateral, including presentations, case
studies, whitepapers, videos and website content. - Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project plans.
- Support sales team to close and promote new business opportunities within target industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in automation or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, tactics, and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM and marketing automation
systems. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $118,000 a year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
