Shift Operations Team Member – Where Innovation Meets Sustainability
Ready to roll up your sleeves and help build something big (and green)? TimberHP is on the lookout for hands-on, team-oriented individuals to join our production crew and help bring our innovative wood fiber insulation products to life.

What You’ll Do
As a Shift Operations Team Member, you’ll help keep our TimberBatt, TimberFill, and TimberBoard production lines running smoothly. You’ll:
- Move materials and operate equipment safely
- Monitor production lines and ensure product quality
- Troubleshoot issues with Electricians and Mechanics
- Learn and operate high-tech systems like robotics and PLCs
- Train across multiple roles for a full understanding of our process
No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
What We’re Looking For
- Safety-first mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to contribute ideas and improve processes
- Ability to work shifts and wear required PPE
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Familiarity with OSHA safety practices
- Forklift or mobile equipment operation
- Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting
- Maine High Pressure Boiler Operator License

- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with or without accommodations,
- Ability climb stairs, and work at heights
- Able to pass a drug test and respirator physical
- Willingness to work in confined spaces and wear PPE
