Strong communication skills are essential, as the position involves regular interaction with fellow custodial team members, departmental staff, and County clients.
This position requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, as travel between facilities is a key component of the role.

Position Duties

They possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with team members, departmental staff, and County clients. A keen attention to detail ensures that cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently to high standards.
This individual is comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently across multiple locations. They demonstrate flexibility in adapting to varying building needs and special projects, and they take initiative to address issues before they become problems.
Strong organizational skills, team player, reliability, and a positive attitude are key traits that contribute to the success of this position.
A combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An example of qualifying education and experience includes:
Graduation from High School or GED.
A valid driver license is required at the time of application. A valid CALIFORNIA driver license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment.
