Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Category Management Analyst working in Bentonville, AR, you will be part of the National Accounts Sales Team. This person will design category & space-based selling solutions in collaboration with Walmart and Sam’s club team to advance the business.   

This position reports to Commercial Operations Manager and works closely with Walmart and Sam’s Club team to provide support.  They will specialize in analysis on retailer category performance and opportunities.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Provide critical insights and analytical support with the Chain team to drive the customer’s beverage category & capture a disproportionate share of growth  
  • Provide understanding of category, channel, and shopper insights to sales teams through syndicated & internal data and how that aligns with retailers’ strategy & business goals 
  • In-market work to evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation as well as identifying retail volume/profit opportunities 
  • General performance reporting – to track, measure, and communicate results  

 

Key Ingredients:      

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience
  • You have 2+ years of experience that aligns with the role
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy   
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  
  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,500.00 - $89,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
