What You'll Do:

• Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis team (FP&A) in support of the monthly financial consolidation and reporting process, annual budget process, cash flow and financial forecasting, long-term strategic planning, various implementations, acquisition integrations, and strategic business analysis functions
• Dive into large datasets to extract, analyze, and validate information that supports our operations and financial reporting
• Own and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop insightful analytics that drive business decisions
• Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for board meetings and executive reviews
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support operational initiatives and strategic planning
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting outputs
• Proactively identify performance trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Oversee and lead a team of two business analysts.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting
• 2 + years of leadership or management experience
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Excel skills
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and board materials with strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of healthcare operations and common metrics
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Bonus Points:

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare databases (ggastro, ECW)
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
