HVAC Mechanic II at Santa Ana Unified School District

Under the direction of the, Director of Building Services or designee, perform Journey level mechanical work in repair, inspection, preventative maintenance, servicing, installation and alteration of District heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems and related equipment and facilities.

In Lieu of the High School Diploma we will accept the following: Proof of BA Degree (Attach copy of degree or transcripts with degree posted) This position requires a valid High School Diploma or valid equivalency established by an accredited institution/agency within the United States. A high school diploma or GED equivalent and a HVAC-R Technical School Training Certificate and/or Degree, and EPA Certification for CFC recovery, and four years’ experience at the Journey level in HVAC-R equipment repair.
