We are currently seeking a Digital Change & Communication Project Manager, reporting directly to Head of Change Management to join our Digital&Information team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the role:

We are looking for a Digital Communication & Change Project Manager to support the execution of the change management strategy related to digital and AI initiatives across our organization. This key position will be responsible for supporting the design and leading the execution of the digital communication, training, and programs for our 17,000 employees. 

 

Principal missions: 

  • Oversee the execution of the “AI for All” engagement campaign and the “Digital Acceleration” communication plan
  • Animate internal network of AI champions and Digital Acceleration Plan champions
  • Supervise an apprentice, in charge of creating content
  • Coordinate large-scale remote meetings (i.e. Townhalls, etc)
  • Support the Head of Change Management in the definition of the T.EN Digital Learning Path

About you:

  • Degree in Business, Economics or Communication
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in project management or communication field (working on projects)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to translate Digital topics to non-Digital stakeholders
  • Strong experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects
  • Leadership, ability to challenge and unite 
  • Strong stakeholder relation skills 
  • Adaptability & responsiveness
