Role Description 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HVAC Service Technician located in Valparaiso, IN. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnosing, repairing HVAC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with EPA regulations. The technicians will also provide expertse to ensure comfort and efficiency in homes and businesses.  

Requirements

• Skills in troubleshooting and maintenance & repair of HVAC systems 

• Experience in preventive maintenance and following EPA regulations 

• Strong customer satisfaction and service skills 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC technology preferred 

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for service calls 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
