Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of perfusion/extracorporeal technology

• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and statistics

• Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized or emergency situations

• Well developed verbal and written communications skills

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Certified by International Board of Clinical Technologists OR the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion

• Valid AL driver’s license

Desired Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Perfusion or Circulation Technology or B.S. Degree and training at an accredited program of Perfusion Technology

Responsibilities

Provides patient care in support, treatment, measurement or supplementation of circulatory system.
