What you will do:
Recruiting at scale as you own and drive end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a stellar candidate experience and hiring the best talent for our ambitious growth.
Partner across the business, advising managers and founders on performance, development, employee relations, and Org design.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding.
Coach with empathy and clarity, guiding leaders through feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Own scalable HR processes, building frameworks and tools that grow with us.
What you bring:
At least 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist role, recruiting, or business partnering in fast-paced or scale-up environments.
Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a heavy focus on tech hiring.
You know your way around developer hiring, GitHub sleuthing, and engineering lingo.
A bias toward action: Startup mentality, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Organized and detail-obsessed (you love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good hire).
You make decisions based on data - not vibes.
Fluency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
