Job Title: Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to lead and direct projects supporting the Department of the Navy (DoN). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. This role requires a strong leader who can partner effectively with government project managers, supervise a dedicated team, and ensure all work products meet stringent quality standards and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Compliance: Ensure, enact, and validate that all project execution adheres strictly to Department of the Navy requirements and is completed within specified time constraints.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and that all risks are identified and effectively mitigated.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Plan and direct all project tasks while conducting on-site supervision of subordinates to guide performance and ensure program success.
- Scheduling & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including resource loading, task dependencies, and critical path analysis. Monitor the progress of all tasks and prepare regular progress reports.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all products and deliverables before they are delivered. Validate and verify that all work products and services from subordinates meet and exceed client expectations and requirements.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, communicating clearly and professionally with all levels of management, both orally and in writing.
Required Skills:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Must possess proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a Department of Defense (DoD) or government contracting environment.
- Expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) and critical path analysis.
- Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and supervise teams.
- Exceptional risk management and mitigation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
