Eden Prairie Schools is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Operations Coordinator to assist the High School MOC with supervision of all custodial and maintenance personnel, manage CMMS (computer maintenance management systems) and maintain the physical school plant and grounds in a condition of operating excellence in order to provide quality education and a safe environment for all staff, students, and community.
Eden Prairie is a school district with 1,400 employees serving approximately 9,000 students. The district is recognized for its quality initiatives and its leadership in educational programming.

Position Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician
1st class boiler’s license and any additional appropriate grade license for the building where the positon is located.
Five years’ experience with a mix of leadership, maintenance, and custodial experience or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions and firms.
Knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of facilities management, electrical repair and mechanical maintenance, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and supervisory experience.
Demonstrated communications skills
Proficiency in computer skills
Knowledge of school district policies and procedures, or ability to learn.
Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, organize the work flow, and be flexible
