Luxury Sales Treatment Co-ordinator (with Management Duties)
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and dynamic Luxury Sales Treatment Co-ordinator to join our award-winning private practice in Central London. This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in premium sales who excels at delivering a world-class patient experience and is ready to assume management duties that contribute directly to the smooth operation of the practice.
You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for new patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Alongside patient-facing responsibilities, you’ll also take an active role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently and continues to uphold Zental’s reputation for luxury care and service.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Engagement & Sales
Act as the first point of contact for all new patient enquiries.
Confidently explain treatment options, procedures, and finance plans.
Guide patients through their journey, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Proactively follow up to encourage treatment uptake, using strong sales and objection-handling skills.
Treatment Co-ordination
Work closely with clinicians to deliver treatment plans within 24 hours of consultation.
Coordinate specialist appointments, imaging, and referrals seamlessly.
Ensure smooth handovers between clinicians for multi-disciplinary treatments.
Management & Operational Duties
Oversee diary efficiency, team coordination, and patient flow across the practice.
Take responsibility for maintaining consistently high standards of communication.
Monitor patient conversions, finance pipelines, and key performance metrics.
Contribute to operational improvements and support the achievement of practice goals.
Administration & Reporting
Process finance applications and direct debit forms accurately.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, trackers, and patient notes.
Prepare and analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities.
