We are looking for a Systems and Infrastructure Security & Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and support of our core IT systems. This role involves monitoring system security, managing IT infrastructure, and communicating effectively with our global headquarters to ensure smooth operations.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee, evaluate technologies, and maintain the company's IT, including its infrastructure (including servers, networks, storage, and communication systems), ensuring optimal performance and availability

Security Operations:

• Monitor networks, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments for security threats and anomalies
• Respond to security incidents following defined procedures and assist in remediation efforts
• Operate and maintain security systems such as firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and other tools
• Escalate critical security issues to management and headquarters when necessary

System Maintenance & User Support:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and system access control
• Support internal IT platforms (WMS, CIC, EDMS, Groupware) and resolve system-related issues
• Perform user management, role assignment, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain stable operation of servers and infrastructure through regular monitoring and updates

Communication & Coordination with HQ:

• Act as the main contact point for system issues and service requests
• Log and analyze incidents, and coordinate issue resolution with headquarters IT teams
• Prepare reports and share findings with HQ to align on improvement plans and policies

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of IT security and system administration preferred
