HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, varied schedule.
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Treatment Needs Assessments and evidence-based groups for at-risk youth. Complete assessments and corresponding documentation. Provide Functional Family Therapy if needed. LSS provides training for client treatment modalities. Through a team effort, analyze information collected to determine appropriateness of service or referral to other specialists or institutions. Communicate relevant client therapy issues to residential or out-patient team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be licensed or certified in respective field of practice (i.e. ACT or LAC).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or currently in a Master’s program.
- Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one for approved driver status.
