Position Duties

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who manages multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion. You communicate confidently and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders while handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Proactive and resourceful, you anticipate needs and solve problems calmly, delivering exceptional support and seamless coordination to keep leadership and operations running smoothly.

What you will do:

  • Manage complex administrative functions, including calendar coordination, meeting and event planning, travel arrangements, and the secure handling of confidential information.
  • Serve as the liaison between directors and key stakeholders, drafting correspondence and ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Oversee office operations, including procurement of supplies, coordination of conference room schedules, management of catering services, and processing of purchase requisitions.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by providing accurate airport information, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, managing security badge processes, and welcoming visitors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of office administration experience in a business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database applications.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar enterprise software preferred.
