Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Lead, IT Security, Delivery & Compliance!
Shell Recharge Solutions is looking for a Corporate IT lead to join our team and be responsible for analyzing current IT systems and assets, recommending, and implementing solutions and upgrades, and leading the development, management, and monitoring of SRS’ global compliance of privacy-related obligations and activities. Architectural security, operational controls and certification are all critical to our success and you will play a central role across our engineering team, customers, partners, and our community.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- Work in close partnership with Shell to ensure Shell Recharge Solution’s regulatory compliance and to resolve any audit issues. Accountable for achieving and maintaining ongoing compliance.
- Manage the integration of the Shell Control Framework, Ethics and Compliance program, and Risk Management; responsible for deployment and management of these frameworks across SRS locations
- Identify and resolve potential IT compliance issues ensuring alignment with standards or developing requirements based on findings.
- Oversee, implement, and manage all information security compliance across the organization, in line with binding corporate rules, ISO standards, and other controls.
- Regularly analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to impact business decisions and make recommendations
- Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities.
- Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.
- Develop and implement strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, compliance, communication systems)
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
- Lead InfoSec compliance audits and risk assessments communicate results to information security stakeholders or business partners and ensure remediation of outstanding issues.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
- Uphold security practices in policy and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience working in IT operations, compliance, audit, including supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
- Ability to effectively lead and partner on highly visible, divisional/cross-divisional projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability clearly communicate complex concepts in simple terms for key stakeholders.
- Skilled in identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
Preferred Background:
- Experience in working FinTech or other highly regulated industry in an IT controls and compliance capacity
- Experience with implementing and aligning with OFCCP, Sarbanes Oxley or other rigorous compliance standards
